MississippiA women- and LGBTQ+-owned corner of N Williams that runs as a coffee-and-brunch room by day and, Thursday through Saturday, a cocktail bar by night. Owner Ro Tam's chai and the famous giant burrito anchor the menu, with Chinese-American plates and weekend DJs filling out the room. Sibling to the Belmont Either/Or, with Square online ordering.
The order
The famous giant breakfast burrito and one of Ro Tam's chai lattes — the chai is the house signature (Eater's named it among Portland's best), and the under-the-radar sausage-and-egg breakfast sandwich on bolo levedo is the quiet move if you want something smaller.
