The brand is built around its name: "Tezeta" (ትዝታ) is the Amharic word for deep nostalgia and a genre of Ethiopian music, and the whole thing leans into a slow, put-it-on-the-record-player ritual around coffee. This is for the at-home brewer who wants beans with a point of view, not a place to drink them.
The order
Sunriser if you want bright and floral — a Latin American and Ethiopian blend with citrus, jasmine, and rich chocolate; Rainbreaker if you want it rounder, with milk chocolate, dried fruit, and hazelnut. All four blends run $17 a bag. Check stock first — everything was sold out at last look.
