Two Stroke Coffee Co.

St. Johns

A roomy two-story roaster cafe in St. Johns built around motorcycle culture — bikes, gear, and rider apparel as decor, MotoGP and Superbike on the big screen all season, couches to sink into, and three food carts working the lot. They roast their own coffee in-house and pour cold beer alongside it, so it reads less like a quiet third-wave bar and more like a moto-shop hangout that takes its beans seriously. Good for people who want to sit and stay, not grab and go.

The order

Start with the Lombard Blend, their everyday house roast named for the street out front — full-bodied with a subtle sweetness, fine as drip or espresso. If you want to see what the roasting program can do, ask what single-origin pour-over is on (recent rotations have included an Ethiopian Guji natural and a washed Kenyan). On a weekend, add the biscuits and gravy.
